Our inspiration came when a friend from Italy shared a box of chocolates from his favorite pasticceria in Milan. The first bite was eye opening. Not everyone gets this opportunity, I was fortunate. And that started Beccari, the motivation to give everyone a chance to enjoy a moment, a chocolate that brings back memories, or starts new ones. What makes them so good? Small batches of hand-made chocolates, using natural ingredients and minimal sugars.
